What is Preferred Partner Pricing?
The Preferred Partner Pricing program, otherwise known as "The A-Plan" by Volvo program takes the guesswork out of purchasing or leasing a new Volvo by providing transparent, negotiation-free pricing - the same prices paid by Volvo employees. 

When you purchase or lease a new Volvo under the Preferred Partner Pricing by Volvo program you will receive A-Plan pricing and you will be eligible for any applicable A-Plan bonuses and most other Volvo offers available at the time of purchase. 

The Preferred Partner Pricing program is extended to Partner Companies & Organizations that have a unique relationship with Volvo. The program is solely intended for the personal use of eligible purchases.

How do I receive Preferred Partner pricing?
Eligible users will need to contact their Human Resources Administrator or Union Park Volvo Cars, in order to acquire your appropriate partner code, which is required to register for the site. On this site ( https://aplanbyvolvo.com/Register ) you can generate your unique PIN code, download and print your PIN certificate. Bring your certificate into Union Park Volvo Cars and you'll be on your way to driving your new Volvo. 

We also ask that you bring one of the following to accompany your PIN certificate:
  • Your personal identification badge
  • Your current business card
  • A copy of your current paystub


Who's eligible for Volvo Preferred Partner Pricing?
The Preferred Partner Pricing program is offered to active employees of selected US business partners, fleet partners, and special organizations, all having a unique relationship with Volvo. Additional purchase eligibility will be extended to eligible employee's spouses and members of their immediate households only.
