Personal safety is core to Volvo's purpose - providing the freedom to move in a safe, sustainable, and personal way. To ensure we fulfill this mission, we are taking these steps to serve you in response to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 epidemic.

We are using specialty products to clean all touch points in vehicles, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as steering wheels, handles, gear shifters, and switches. Where possible our team will wear gloves and eye protection. We are also utilizing an EPA approved disinfecting system. Every vehicle that comes in for service, all new and used vehicles in stock and all trades that come into the dealership are being disinfected, as well as the entire facility.

In our showrooms, we are following guidelines from health professionals and regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as tablets, keyboards, tables, etc.

We welcome you to visit and explore our vehicles in a safe environment. However, we are happy to provide virtual vehicle walk-arounds via Facetime or Skype at your convenience. Also, if you feel more comfortable working with us from the comfort of your home, you can use our website to view our new and used inventory and we can support your needs remotely - this includes scheduling and coordinating test drives and trade appraisals.
